It stinks. I hope you are keeping a list so that they never take advantage of you again. It's a shame there's not some kind of sellers club where you all could pass info between you. That would take co-operation so I'm not confident that it would fly...Sorry it happened to you.

How about I start naming the customers that receive their juice and stuff, then do a charge back a month later? :grr:

I am. It just burns me because he had emailed me before placing both orders. I went out of my way to help him out. It appears I get my thank you with some sand or something.
The worst part is that we pay the processing fees both when the card processes, and when we refund it. So not only do we lose the sale $, we lose the processing fees. Twice. Plus a charge back fee of $35 each (he did two charge backs today), and it raises our percentage fee for all orders. His two orders have just cost me hundreds...... and it's one more black mark on e-cigs with credit card processing companies.

Yes they do, sadly. And I am disputing both of his, as I even have the emails from him thanking me for combining his orders for him. Still costs me money, and hours of time. And I still have to pay the $70 dispute fee.
What!!?? People do that? Holy carp! That's awful. Can you dispute it?

You seriously need a CS rep to shoulder some this stress. I know this situation wouldn't help though. There are ugly, nasty, lowlife thieves out there and those are the ones that will pay twice as much when it comes back to them. Wish the posse could get ahold of him!

A CS rep can't help with this one, it's something the owner is required to do. Mountain of paperwork, proof that the order was placed and received. That it was indeed not a stolen card. The burden of proof falls on the vendor. Good thing I save all tickets and emails. It's just a craptastic pita to deal with.

Saddle up posse! Road trip to MN! :D
