Sorry your day isn't going well so far. Did the kids let you rest? I hope your day gets better and you don't wet yourself. That would just put a bigger damper on your day.

Good morning everyone. Alex has a doctor appointment this morning and Morgan is supposed to have company tonight. Hope everyone's Tuesday is good.
I figured if I wet myself, they might actually just send me home... Worth a shot, right?

The kids did let me rest. Unfortunately, the phone did not. You remember those bad storms I talked about yesterday? Well, there were about 15k people that had power knocked out in just Mecklenburg County. One of those lighting strikes thought it would be fun to hit one of our customer's equipment. I was on the phone from 1-3 this morning trying to coordinate getting enough parts to rebuild that cutomer's telecom suite. And we still dont have everything. Im working on getting the last little bit done by same day shipping. It comes from Atlanta. You wanna pick up what we need and bring it up here?

Morning, James and Tiff! James, hang in there. If it's any help today is the first class of a new term, so a roughly 16 hour day for me door to door. Meh....
I know that feeling! My days are generally 12-14 hours door to door. I dont like the 16 hour ones. And the 18 hour ones are even worse.

Mornin' JD.

I dont know about Rick, but I have an hour drive to/from work. So a 10 hour day is 12 hours door to door, 12 hour day is 14 door to door, and so on. Kat gets mad at me because Ive been pulling 10-12 hour days for weeks on end now.

We haven't had overtime in ages. I miss the $$ but I sure don't miss the rest of it.

Well Morgans friend got in trouble the other day and now her dad won't let her come over. Morgans upset of course since she's been looking forward to it for several days now. I guess I'll go get my nails done and may start painting in the other bathroom. I'll try not to fall off the sink into the paint pan this time. : laugh:

Hey SP, I'm having problems keeping the puppy out of Shrek and Fiona's food. They're used to their food being down all the time. I feed the puppy seperate twice a day and he still goes to their food. Then when he's eating Shrek is there to snatch up anything he leaves if he walks away so I put his food bowl under table. Is it going to hurt the puppy to eat their food occasionally? I thought about mixing the two??

I'm ready to go back to work. This being g with the kids all day sucks. Don't gget me wrong, I love my kids to pieces. Its been three weeks I've been out of work now. I'm gonna miss a whole paycheck.

On the good new front, I'm going with my sister, granny, and mom to Cherokee to gamble at he end of July for three days. Already have childcare worked out and I've been stashing money for two months to save for it. I just hope my mom doesn't drive because she drives us all insane with her road rage.

You might want to add a little of their food to his so when he eats their food his stomach will be used to it.I would crate him when I fed him to keep them away from his food until he's a little older. Two benefits to this He will begin to feel safe there and he will get the nutrition he needs.I always crate feed my puppies. That way I can monitor how much they are getting.
