It's HOTTTTT in Southern California. Going to be over 100 at my house today, and it's 90 so far at the park.
We're getting a pretty noisy thunderstorm right now. Simon just slinked out of the room to hide under my desk.

Xena couldn't care less about the thunderstorm. But apparently it bothers the cats a little. They left half their dinner in the bowl, and Xena was trying to take advantage of it before I caught her!
Had a nice little storm here. Sounding like there might be another. Running out to tend chicks and quail before it gets here.
Didn't cook tonight. Sent hubby to the Italian joint. Tried one of there steak salads. Not bad. On my will do again list. But I really love their Cesar salads.
I'm not planning on cooking either. There's egg salad in the fridge and home baked bread in the cupboard. Sounds like dinner to me.
