Good morning. Getting a late start here. All dogs have now been out, coffee in hand, and Ruger is having his breakfast. Alex is up but Morgan will sleep til noon if you let her.

I'm all excited about getting to pick up my coffee table today. It doesn't take much to get me excited obviously.

Overexursion is the number one cause of stress. Stress causes heart attacks. Slowing down may be a good idea.

Just random thought...I found these awesome tank tops at Walmart. I only bought one but I think I'll go back and get the rest of the colors. They were only $6.
