We have several big name B&M stores in the Charlotte area. But this was the first one in my town. They had a booth set up at the town's St Patty's day fest, and I stopped and talked to them. They seemed like they were fairly knowledgeable people. But their mods were over priced. I think they were charging like $75 for an MVP1. But, like you said, overhead jacks up the prices. But I still hoped that I could get some coils for less than the cost of what you can get on the internet plus shipping. Or at least CLOSE to it. I just paid $33 with shipping for five packs of five coils. It wouldve been $75 if I had made the same purchase with them. Un-freakin-believeable

James, don't hate me, but I just got an email for a place that has the coils for 3.99 a 5 pack.

Edit to add: and it's a US company, no China shipping.

The Protank and Evods are great for me for work. I switch around between them and my Billet Box. I save the higher maintenance stuff for home. :)

So the movie was actually a documentary and it wasn't what I was expecting. Still sat here and cried like a baby. It was like watching Alex in a movie with a different name. Except this kid actually left the house and grasped the concept of riding a bike and did extracurricular activities willingly. Hubby asked me what I thought of the show, I told him I didn't like it. I only watched it cause he wanted me to.

Ok, enough moaning.

Haven't had dinner yet. I think I'll skip it for tonight. Not hungry.

James, have fun with the beer and bread. :)

FV sorry your day was horrific.

Our local B&M has reasonable prices on stuff mostly. I haven't ever priced mods there but bought a tank there yesterday but forgot what it's called. It's the one with the adjustable airflow. I like it.

I'm embarrassed to say I still haven't checked out the place that's walking distance from my house. They started out as a "roll your own" place, and later changed the sign to include ecigs. Ian went in and said they do have juice.

Actually what's holding me up is that they are on a very busy corner, and it's a super PITA to get out of their parking lot. Before they moved in, there was a produce market there and I think I went in once in the 7 years or so they were there.

Babby, it could be worse. Sonny calls me the crazy chicken lady. 2 coops full now, plus a planned hatching for this spring. I do blame it all on Drott.

I tried to get it done in January, but someone didn't have his part done until now. :glare: I'll survive to moan about it again next year.

We pay to have our taxes done... Its cheaper to do it yourself, but its easier to pay. And with three w2's across two states.... yeah... its worth it to pay for us.

moved the chickens around today. my boyfriend is calling me the chicken lady..

hey i only have one b&m in my town and they are pricey i would like a website to order from but would rather it be a us company

BWAHAHAHAAA!! You arent the only chicken lady around here. At least you arent the crazy cat lady.

Or are you?

My closest big town has places but I don't want to drive all that way when I can pay less in shipping than I would gas

That would be Raleigh, right? Thats what...?... an hour away from Roxboro? (Ive got a friend that lives in Mebane that has a husband that drag races at a strip in Roxboro

We pay to have them done too. No way with the business and income huts that we want to tackle it ourselves. Just too much stuff we might mess up. And silly me is looking at a hut that seriously needs my help. The people gutted it on their way out. It needs loving. Mr. V is glaring at me....

I refuse to like that. And Im not not liking it because of the taxes...

WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?!?!? After what you went through this week, youre looking at ANOTHER ONE?!?!?

Or am I just not following your line of thought, and yelling at you for no reason...?
