Thank you for all the good luck sent my way today. The meeting went better than expected. The principal talked to the teacher and she said she told Morgan "if you don't stop crying you'll have to go somewhere else"...Somehow the principal thought that was better than her saying "if you don't stop crying you'll have to leave".

I told him it was the same thing and inappropriate and insensitive. The teacher apologized to Morgan.
The lunch detention they admitted they were wrong. Yep, they actually admitted it and apologized to us both. I asked if the detention was for tardys when school starts or if it was for tardies to each class or both. He said it was for when they got to school late. I asked for a printout of her attendance. They got it for me and I looked at it and....she has NEVER been counted tardy for getting to school late. Only for between which she should have had a pass for to excuse her. He said he was very sorry, would make sure it was removed from her attendance record and will be sure to tell the teachers it is their responsibility to give the child a pass, not the kids. So that summed up the meeting. All was well UNTIL......
I get a call from the guidance counselor telling me that there was an incident during lunch. A couple of other girls were picking on Morgan and calling her a "B". No one witnessed it except Morgan's friend next to her. Morgan started crying and that just made them poke at her more. They said that they talked to the girls involved and that a record was made of it. *sigh* Poor Morgan. She's had a carppy week. I talked to Morgan while she was in the counselors office and she was crying so hard I could hardly understand her. She's very shy and meek. Except at home of course. Poor kid asked for her daddy and wanted him to come home. He'll be home tomorrow night. I'll be sure to pass along that info to him when he calls later and let him know she was asking for him. I picked her up from school, took her to get some cookies at the gas station and am now home. She seems fine now. Her tremors are MUCH better too. She's on the computer playing Sims, Alex is doing school work. I'm disheartened and sad for her and conflicted. I'm also dead tired, physically and mentally and am going to lay down for a while since things are quiet right now.
Thank you all for the support!
