Yep. Thoughts and prayers headed south. They arent so bad though. I have a co-worker that had one put in last year. He still does way more than he should.

And on that note, Im headed out. Mrs E and I are signed back up for the YMCA. The cost for me, her, and even Kat is $57 a month. The company I now work for offers a gym reimbursement for $30 a month for me, and another $30 for Mrs E. We basically will be getting Kat in for free, and still make $3 a month. All we have to do is go there 8 times a month for at least 30 minutes each time, and have it documented by the gym. Unfortunately, that means I have to go back to the gym. :facepalm:

Y'all have a good evening!

Do they have a pool?? That would get me in there lickety split! :)

Mornin' all!

Drott, I gotchya beat! Its 26 here! Still cold, but a far cry from the 12 I woke up to yesterday.

I was right. Im sore. Blech. And Mrs E wants to go back to the gym this evening. If we do, Im staying away from the weights.

I better not hang around here too long. We have a meeting this morning, and Douche Canoe will be here and he's bringing the new Regional VP with him as a "surprise" guest.

I hope everyone is warm and doing fine. I've been busy trying to help solve Mrs Punkin's health issues. I think I'm only a few credits away from my Doctors degree with all the things that I have been learning. Now I just need some institution to recognize it! :). After all this time and work they decided to start her on thyroid hormone. It is at least a start. They said one of two things will happen. She will gradually start feeling better over the next couple of months or things will start getting worse in a couple of weeks if her adrenal system craps out. :( Isn't modern medicine wonderful?

:lol::lol::lol: Poor Victor.
I eat enough chicken that I should have grown feathers by now.

Victor got ice in between his toes this morning. He fell in the door, thrashing around wildly. I yelled to Mr. V, hysterically. I though he was having a seizure. Nope, cold toes. :facepalm:
