Oh my goodness. Dinner came out wonderful. I didn't feel like standing in sub freezing temps cooking a pair of chicken breasts on the grill. So, I got creative. I diced the chicken, seasoned it with garlic salt and black pepper, seared it, then poured Italian dressing over it and sauteed it into a reduction consistency. And it was goooooooooood. Red skinned mashed taters to go with it. I gotsa full tummy of deliciousness.

I should have left the ice cream off the menu. I feel like I swallowed a beach ball and I only ate about a scoop and a half.
Well, we gave it a heck of a run. Especially when you consider we had a 3-8-1 record at one point this season. We might have lost, but at least we were able to break Seattle's record of not allowing a point in the fourth quarter in the last six games.

Good morning. I tried the cpap last night and it kept making this gurgling noise every time I inhaled so I gave up for then. I'll try again when I figure out what the noise is.

Morning! (barely) Almost time to panic during the Packer game. Mr. V is doing the snacks today. I've got beans to roast, as I slacked yesterday after work. oops.
All the Cowboys fans around Charlotte are crying HARD. "They only won because of the Id10+ officials!". They can't get over that bug throw that Green Bay challenged that got over turned.
Good morning. Got a text last night that theres no appointments today so I'm off of work. Woke up this morning with my left eye swollen almost completely shut. No idea whats going on with that. Hope everyone has a great day!

I've got a freight pickup today, so I was able to skip out of the all hands meeting. My penance for that, is that I've been working hard this morning. I've already broke a sweat. It's too early to be sweating. Blech.
FV, as an impartial observer of that game, the call on Lang was understandable. Sorry. All I can really say though, is that Green Bay BETTER kick the carp out of Seattle this weekend. Packers fan, I may not be, but I despise the Seahawks.
