I'd say your pretty close TD.
Mine with 18650 batteries are about that weight.

The Copper Nipple weighs a little less than a roll of quarters. The PT is very light, though.

Some things you might want to consider:
If you construct it to take an 18650 battery,~4.2 volts,
You can also use 2 of the Tenergy ~3.2 volt batteries for the 6 volt experience.

This will require 3/4" Cu pipe.
If you use the regular pipe caps for the ends you can sweat solder a spring in for the negative battery connection on one end and sweat solder a RS audio connector into the other end for the atomizer. Then you only have the positive connection to cope with.
Just some things I've learned.

You may prefer to use the threaded end caps as some others have done.
