This is not for sale, I am just showing that using some copper pipe and paper to fix the parts in place anyone can throw a big battery mod together.
Just passed a store that had all those nice copper pipe fittings and thought why not?
And the monster was born:
Li-Ion, 2200mA, 18650 type battery in a copper casing.
It's still in testing so it's not completely sealed yet. Will be completely sealed in the end and will get a matte black painting when testing phase is done.
Charging is done from completely depleted to full charge in 4,5 hours with an external USB adapter. Just charge it overnight without opening it.
Any e-cig USB charger can be used with an adapter but it will take 10hours+
Anyway you can build two and let one charge. Heck, for 100$ you can make 5 of them.
Materials:
1 pc 22mm copper pipe (~10cm long) the piece that holds the battery
1 pc 15mm copper pipe (3-8cm long) the piece that covers the atty partly
1 pc 22mm copper pipe end piece that closes the tube and holds a spring
1 pc 22-18mm adapter that holds the button
1 pc 18-15mm adapter that holds the atty connector
1 button / switch
1 spring
1 battery adapter
cost ~20$
Not the best paint job I've ever done but I now know that matte black is not my favourite

and one with a 510 atty that is not flooded
