Correlation between nic and throat hit.

I'd like to take advantage of this forum and ask a question (now that I have enough posts). I'm a nicotine junkie. Smoke Swisher Sweet little cigars and inhale them. At 24mg, I get some satisfaction for the nic, but not enough for me to put down the analogs just yet.

My 510 can be a bit harsh at times at 24mg. Am I asking for trouble ordering 30 and 36mg from TW? Is there a direct correlation between throat hit (harshness) and nic levels?

Thanks for any advise. I've learned so much here.

Yes, in direct proportion. The other main factor is heat - ie voltage or how an atty handles voltage. Flavor can be a factor in throat hit as well.

I found that fruit flavors and RY4 give me a harsher throat hit than anything else.

I was just about to ask that same question. It seems like the higher the nic the stronger the throat hit. I guess that answers it. Thanks.

When I first started vaping, throat hit was very important. Not so much anymore. I spent the 1st 3 months @ 36 mg. Am now in month 5 and am at 12 & 18 mg and am enjoying the better flavor @ the lower nic.

At 24mg I was still smoking 3-7 analogues a day (but down from 3 packs) it took 36mg to get me off them.
7 months later (still at 36 and no plans to change) I'm happily vaping away.

It's your body, you know you like none of us can, but me personally, I'd say try the 36. You can cut it (get some 0 nic with it) if it's too much for ya.

Personally I prefer to have a lower nic value, but vape more.

yeah for me it's similar - I like low nic but high number of puffs. Vaping high nic gives me headaches sometimes.
