Cotton for NT?

YES! Megan, that looks like the texture that this stuff is. It refuses to hold together, even being wet.

And I doubt it is cotton as even when you pull the cotton from the pod itself it is still whiter than Ramie and there are not "straight long fibers" in it. Also, there is nothing on Angel Hair Cotton from any place but vaping places and blogs and UFO sites when you search using Google. I'm betting it is Ramie and some vaping blogger started this so everyone went in search of "Angel Hair Cotton"

The name got me thinking,"Where have I seen this before?" And it finally hit me, my Mom used this stuff one year in Christmas decorations stuff was everywhere. Not saying it's the same thing but it's the only other "Angel Hair" I am familiar with besides pasta.

It looks like there wouldn't be enough there to absorb the juice? Do you have that issue?

Nope not at all...I get plenty of vapor and the wick gets nice and juicy

That was one thing I learned, however much wick I thought I needed put a little less. Otherwise you have soaked ends that the juice never actually makes it to the coil from.

I am expecting some yummy steeped NT flavors from a friend that I am dying to try with my RDA. I think I mentioned that I had to order the cotton online. It came today (I bought two) and I was expecting a large bag of cotton the B&M store used. Instead, I opened my tiny package to this:

Is this normal or did I get ripped off?

I haven't read through all the comments in this thread yet but I highly recommend these Japanese pads I ordered via amazon. I was wanting Koh Gen Do but everywhere was out of stock. Read some great reviews about these and I couldn't be happier. These perform far better than the organic cotton I was using when I first started rebuilding. Plus I essentially have a lifetime supply. I've gone through maybe three pads total in the past 6 months. Here is the link to them on amazon.

Hell yeah brother. I've been searching for KGD but since it exploded in the vape scene but it seems to be impossible to find or ridiculously over priced. Even worse are the vape shops that buy up tons of it and sell it by the pad. Anyways I'll shoot you a pm. I'll also send a few of the Labo pads and let you try those.

I need to try it and this ReadyWick I have but the flavor off this cotton is delicious. Got a new meter and some 26ga. kanthal going to be dropping it low this weekend on my StingrayX/MutationX this weekend might use the RW for it.

The V1, got it right before I heard about the V2. Took a page out of your book from another post I saw you made, shooting for .25 ohms duals in it. I want to see what this 80vg/20pg Sure Bert does in it. If I am chucking clouds out of a Reo I am in for some lol's I think.

Duals are a HUGE PITA in the v1. The v2 block made it so much easier! My mutation x v2 with dual 26 gauge parallels at .25 ohms... and my vape area!

To me the MutX is so easy to work in compared to the RM4 the holes in the posts on that thing are just a hair bigger than 3/32" maybe. I still have a hell of a time running duals in it with 28ga.

But will let ya know how it goes, I don't think it will be a problem though the MutationX post holes look like garage doors after working on the Reo.

Edit: That's a good looking setup man!!! I like what is on top, in it's rightful place.
