This is long, sorry.

Okay my husband and I have been vaping instead of smoking for about 6 weeks.
We started with the ego T set up.

We hate the tank set up that came with the sets, the draw is to hard, they leaked and we had two just plain died even with cleaning once a week. So we got stardust clearomizers, we love the easy draw and they had good flavor but my husband is irate that they leak down in the battery and at the top of the nipple.

So i watched a video and rebuilt the wick and coil kinda. took everything out cleaned recoiled and put it all back together. Now they seem to be burning the juice and we get no flavor pretty much, but dont leak after rebuild for about 4 days. We are pack a day atleast smokers and vape alot.

We dont want to go back to smoking but hubby is getting pissy that we keep having issues with tanks etc.

He does not want to take the plunge into something like a lava tube which would be at the top of our price range and we could only get one per month if we did. Also I am afraid those would have problems too.

So we are looking for something that we can use our ego T batteries with that is rebuild-able has an easy draw (dont have to suck hard) and does not leak on the battery and does not toast the juice, also we need to be able to fill and go, we are away from home for long periods of time and are not able to do the drip thing during the day.

Also three other questions:
What did i do wrong with recoiling that could cause toasting?
where can I get the wire and wick materials to re-wick myself?
Anyone with a lavatube willing to share details of what they like or dont like?

try some boge f16 dct tanks and some boge lr cartomizers. or maybe some polypro tanks from valley view vapes. try getting something with replaceable heads like a vivi nova or kanger t3. they are simple to use and easy to change.

I second this. Be aware that Vivi Novas have somewhat of a tight draw but could be modified

+1 on the Kanger T3. I had a lot of problems with stardusts leaking and getting burned hits, too. If you like that style, Smoktech ReDux is quite a bit better, but I really am a big fan of the Kanger T3s. I know there are a bunch of people who have had problems with them, but my husband and I have a bunch of them, and have been using them for months, and have just had zero problems. I think they are definitely worth a try!
