I raised this in the midst of another thread, so I apologize in advance for the repetition. Do we have a list of countries that have approved the use of e-cigs?

From the posts I have read, it seems China (obviously), Ireland and the United Kingdom have approved e-cigs. Also, there is a very compelling report by a doctor in Canada that concludes they are totally in keeping with Canada's Free Air Act. Are they legal in Canada?

It might be useful to have a list of countries that have "okayed" the use of e-cigs to send to Congressmen, Senators, FDA officials, newspapers, etc.

Wonder how many cases of COPD, cancer, strokes, and heart attacks could have been prevented in those countries if their citizens had continued access to a cleaner alternative for getting their nicotine.

Hey, FDA could change its name to the SCPA: The Smoking-Cessation Prevention Administration.
