Bruce sent me few more ceramic wick samples to test. I previously tested it on Genies and noticed that it didn’t work that well for VG juice. However it did work better in PG juice. The wick is braided and it needs a little more time than silica wick to saturate. VG is a thicker base solution than PG which is why it works very well under PG.

Today I gave it a test in ody using dual coils. I wanted to see if it allows one to chain vape under extreme heat conditions while using VG E juice. I created .8 ohms dual coil as you can see in video I am unable to stack same wick without de braiding it. I used a different way of creating my Dual highlanders which can be a little challenging for some. My test is to see if I get any harsh taste metal etc. As you can see I didn’t get any metal taste or harsh taste. It performed very nicely that being said anyone that vapes at a higher resistance would work even better since the wick is being hit with less heat.

I will continue testing this build in days to follow and will give a follow-up at a later date. In the meantime Live Hard and VAPE HARD!!!!

Hi River at this time all I can say is im still testing it under several different builds. I do have something else coming in to test that may prove to be better than ceramic and silica.

After using it for a good 3 weeks I have to say its better than nextals in flavor, throat hit and in vapor. The negative side is that for VG juice it takes a bit to wick. Which will mean to vape it at really low ohms like .3,.4 etc is not ideal because no matter how much wick u add it just takes a while for it to wick. i even tried boiling it and drying it like I do with Cotton Hemp and still produces the same issue.

Trying this in PG 50/50 base works really really good or even higher pg base juices. Since i have a sensitive allergic reaction to highly concentrated PG juices I couldn't complete my experiment. So far with 50,50 I was able to vape it at .7 ohms with less issue than I had with VG juice.

After trying and using cotton hemp I found that is a real good wick option than silica and ceramic. It brightens the flavor and it wicks so fast that I can even vape it at .4 ohms with no issue ion my dual highlanders.
