I am sorry if while I was at VapeStock some emails were not answered as fast as you want them to be.
I want to be the best of the best so:

I added a person my Nephew Justin on Customer Service to make it better.
Also, a new ticket system have been implemented.
Hoping that everyone will get answered quickly on a ticket or a PM.
That is faster than a phone call! I only can answer one call at a time....PM or Ticket your questions, please.

Bruce, i preordered my ody last week. Ive read through the forums and people suggested getting extra NR wires. Is it possible that i order again without paying extra for shipping if you include my new order in the ody's packaging?

If these is possible i will like to do the same

Thank you for responding, alot of folks have mentioned your a straight shooter and i respect that. I did get a replacement though it was late I do appreciate something was done and you taking the time to add your nephew to help out in cutomer service. I will continue to buy more things from you and give you another try. thanks for your support.

Hey Justin, I want to thank you for your quick response in taking the 510 base off my order and refunding my account...much appreciated!
My only complaint is ( and I know this has nothing to do with you) the ridiculous stock levels, or should I say absence of products Cov supposedly carries. COV has more "Notify Me" than it does available products. I would suggest that it would be a better business practice to either carry it or get it off your website. Considering the fact that your biggest consumer draw is the GG line of products, it baffles me that you seldom have the essentials for rebuildable attys. I understand that the units themselves are in limited quantities but to not KEEP in stock the minor materials to make these units work is a MAJOR deterent from purchasing these devices in the first place. I can guarantee you that if obtaining the materials to make my attys work becomes more hassle than it's worth, I will be selling and moving on to something better. And I'm sure that Bruce and Imeo both have noticed that rebuildables are quickly becoming more mainstream and as this snowballs, more choices will be available. Just something to think about.

Bruce I just wanted to say that I am impressed how you are dealing with the negative reviews here on ECF recently. Nobody is perfect and sometimes orders have problems, sometimes there is user error, shipping error, etc, but how you deal with those situations truly matter. I am seeing nothing but friendly professionalism and that really impresses me. I am glad your customer service situation is being resolved and you are doing what you can to fix any issues. I cannot help but notice that unlike some vendors responses I see, you are polite, helpful, get to the point, and never hostile. There may have been some bloopers recently but because of your responses I am confident that you will fix them and that you know how to treat your customers properly!!

Now I'm not a fanboy or rather FANGIRL that's just gushing - I haven't ordered much from you to be honest - just juice a couple of times that I bought from you in person when you were in my area - but I have been keeping an eye on COV here on ECF and I will definitely consider you for future orders!
