Why COV doesn't work with the largest territory in the world Russia?
Why did you ignore this problem?
I know several people with the same problem. And all of them are from Russia.
When selecting a delivery method, an error occurs: Error: Please select another Shipping Method. Error: Please select another Shipping Method.
They have opened Tickets, but the problem is still there.

We most definately ship to Russia.

Any error in shipping is usually due to a typo, as I said in my CS Ticket responses to anyone that ticketed me about Russia.

This is not true, when I changed the shipping address to the United States without changing the Russia billing, I was able to pay for my test order 00033508

Bruce and I have discussed this matter SEVERAL TIMES.... Including yesterday before I posted...

There shouldnt be a reason you cannot place an order to Russia.... maybe it has to do with international shipping policies between the countries?

W/e the case I will try and see whats what...

Hey guys, I dont know what else to say about this issue, please double check everything on your end.... we just received a Russian order into us today guys...

We have no blocks against Russia

We have no restrictions set up

We have nothing set in place to prevent ya'll from ordering from us.

Please make sure that the address is typed correctly, that you choose a valid shipping method, also you should review your country's international shipping policies in order to make sure the specific mail type is accepted/not

I encourage you all to try and take a look again and if you are still having issues please pm me...

The problem is in the script to work with Russian postal code. But it can be get around. I solved this problem.
Now we can buy from Cov, Cheers!!!!
Whether good or bad, time will tell

how did you work around it so we they may add a note to the site to help others? did you enter your zip/postal code in a different way?

Zip/Postal Code* : XXXXXX
Country* : Russian Federation
State/Province/Region* : none

XXXXXX - Postal Code of Russian Federation – six digits

But it is not working .

It is necessary to add anything to the Zip/Postal Code

Zip/Postal Code* :ААААААААААА , XXXXXX
Country* : Russian Federation
State/Province/Region* : none

ААААААААААА – for example Province or Region

So it works.
