I'm having problems with the Kanger T3S mouthpieces' cracking. I have gone through 6 T3S bodies in the last 2 months. they are cracking from where the inter stainless tube ends to the mouthpiece ! I am only using Saffire tobacco 6, 6mg ! Which is Propylene Glycol (50%), Vegetable Glycerin (50%), Nicotine (6%). I have some that I have been using for 3 years and are fine. And I always use ST6, 6mg. Any suggestions ?? This gets costly !

Sounds to me like kanger is having a production quality problem with that device. I haven’t used a kanger clearo in a bunch of years myself.
Maybe contact kanger? They probably need to know. It’s not your juice I think. It’s 6mg/ml btw. 6% would be closer to 60mg/ml which is suuuper strong even for a “salts” type nic.
The only thing I can suggest is to change attys until kanger fixes its issue. They make an EVOD which uses a similar type of coil cartridge, or, if you’re willing to plunk down a not so small amount of change on a significantly larger device, may I suggest an innokin kroma-a kit. It’s a lot bigger but the battery will go a lot longer and it’s a much more powerful vape.

Kanger T3S are getting discontinued,time to upgrade.

Local B&M Vape Shop (Visit)/someone who knows what their doing -----Might be doing something wrong.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
