I've been looking at cranapple recipes in several threads, and the proportions are all over the place, from 1/2 cranberry 1/2 apple (no particulars on brands) to 13% cranberry to 4% apple from TFA (+ 1% ethyl maltol, which I don't have.)

So I'd love to have some recipes with why you like the proportions you use. I'm definitely looking for tart, not sweet, and I prefer strong flavors.

I have Inawera Two Apples and am getting Cranberry from TFA and Flavor West.

I think I have a cranberry somewhere. I'll look through my flavors to see if I can find it.

I have CAP Cranberry. I tried it in pure PG on my tongue. The PG is sweet, so I think this is deceptively sweet, compared to what it would be a in recipe if you use 50% VG. So, that said, this is sweet, but it definitely has that tart, puckering effect to it as well. I think a cranberry apple recipe would be really nice. I just don't have any recipes with %'s for you.
