Craving Vapor order

Hello,
This is my first post here.
I have been vaping for 3 years now. Stopped smokin the day I got my very first eGo with tanks and batteries. What a nice invention:)
The last month or two, I have started using RDAs and making my own coils and mixing my own juices. I have now 12 different mods, box mods mostly, TC, regulated, unregulated, and so on. I'm having a really good time with them, and maybe most of all with the Noisy Cricket!
Anyway, a week ago I was going to get me something very special, an original HexOhm 3.0 from Craving Vapor. I ordered and payed on their home page, and got an e-mail where they confirmed the order. And then I heard nothing more. Today I checked my order, and it was cancelled! I never got an e-mail from them. I logged in an complained on their web site about my order, but only got an error message. Then I sent them an e-mail directly. I just got an e-mail from Kat at Craving Vapor. They cancelled my order "due to a billing error". But they do not know what the error is. They got my money, all right. But they did not bother to tell me they had cancelled it?
It's nice of them to finally get back to me, but it's still sloppy. I'll keep you posted on the developement.

Paid by credit card? If so.. rarely, the company web sites use to process CC sales doesn't validate credit cards correctly. I only found one site so far. But.. the site used my postal code as part of the validation information, my credit card company does not, sooo it created an error. Odd how your order changed though. Best to call your bank and find out for sure.

The fault maybe mine, the banks, or anybody elses. But Craving Vapor had my money for ten days, canselled my order, and did not send me an e-mail about it. That is not the way to do business. However, I have just ordered a very nice mod in solid copper from New York made by Vaperz Cloud. I'm happy:)
