Well they understand how big they screwed up and they shouldn't be mean about it. Plus thats one less order to fill.

I placed my order on June 19th and the order hase not even moved out out pernding yet. I did get a email from the company saying they were stopping orders untill the backlog is cleard up. It really sux but im not going to cancel after I already have been waiting for 2-3 weeks. Whats another week. As far as the performance goes we will see. If i dont like them I will send them back. It seems to me that every e-cig out there has issues. I was wondering if anyone has or knows of a PV that is really solid, has good battary life, produces great vape, and has strong long lasting atomizers. I know that's alot to ask for i just want something thats going to not break and force me to go back to analogs bfore i can get replacement parts in.
ppl plz get off the phone so i can cancel...lol - third time trying to cancel my order...i guess they won't let us talk to them so we can't cancel...if this were the case - def. a scam.
I finally got my order today! Ordered June 8th, recieved July 9th. I will report more once I try it!

ordered 6/20 order canceled 7/05, I would have ended up waiting until I found these forums, obviously there is something up with them I rather not be waiting another month when i run out of supplies, TW is picking up all the orders 510 sounds good 2 me! Glad actually that I ended up finding you guys cuz it made me cancel and find better.

what a shame that blu is so difficult to deal with. I think many of us, order e-cigs and want them ASAP, so we can wean ourselves off analogs quickly. To order something to help you quit and you still end up buying several cartons and smoke while waiting is ridiculous.
I cancelled mine today after some soul searching and research. I didn't really want to have to fill my own carts, but that looks like the best way now. I got the joye 510 manual after reading about the sensitivity of the autos. Ordered from innvapor.com. Called the number and talked to a real person immediately. He even was willing to sit and b.s. with me while driving down the highway while I processed my order. After shipping my order was only 5 dollars more than my blu order. I had ordered the kit and a carton of carts. With this innovapor order I got the 510, the PCC, 3-3ml bottles of ECOpure, 5 extra bottles of ECO, an extra batt and extra atomizer just in case. Didn't come with a standard charger though. But the pack will charge fine for me. AND the PCC is metal, not plastic. Just hope the lid will keep working. Check em out. I hope the ECOpure is good. If it's not, anyone have suggestions for good liquid?

I've tried about 10 different PV's myself and between me and friends, we have collectively tried about 30 different PV's. Based on what you wrote, there are only about 5 PV's that meet that criteria.
5-8 hours of battery life; good, consistent throat hit every inhale; nice warm vapor that comes closes to the real thing, sturdy construction that can be dropped multiple times and keep working; no automatic battery cut off; no concern about liquid getting in the battery compartment and killing the battery and batteries that only cost $2 to replace instead of $13-$20. And you will be replacing batteries alot.
Now here is the hitch for people who are so self conscious about how they look that they have to make people think they are still smoking: these better PV's don't look like a cigarette.
So if you truely met what you said and performance is your main objective, then these are the ones you want:

Note: the 510 is also a good manual switch PV. It does not have the battery life (2-3 hours) or the low cost batteries of the others I listed or I would have listed it also. Two additional items: atomizers break on all models and if you want better flavor at a much lower cost, get juice and forget about prefilled carts.

Got sick of waiting, just canceled my order as well. Already have (2) m401's and (2) of the smaller battery brother M403's. I just wanted to see what the heck all the hype was about. Ah well, if Blu ever gets it together I might consider them again. Guess I'll go for a 510 instead.

I think "hype" is pretty much ALL it's about.
After having a bad experience w/intellicig, I just got my 510 in a few days ago and love it. One big difference is I haven't gotten a single bit of liquid in my mouth with the 510 from overfill. The m401 was real bad at that.
This is only my second model so, I speak as a newb, but after a lot of research, I think wv2wins prior post has pretty well nailed things down.
I would always go with the generic over a branded model if at all possible, unless one likes to pay for a name that is simply advertisement for the company that the buyer pays extra for.
The cheaper cig like models are fine/convenient in some cases or if you just want to try vaping to see how you like it, but if one is seriously into this as a lifesaving tool, it's probably worth getting the right tool for the job.
I'm sure prices will come down eventually on the more expensive Big Boy models, but until then, instead of chasing after a best cheap model by trying several, it may be less expensive in the long run to just go with one of the serious devices.
As I see it, the pee wee models that are non interchangable so you have to buy a whole nother model just to find, in many cases, one is not a whole lot better than the other. I see it as all somewhat of a racket, kinda like a trap I've noticed many are falling in too.
Go straight for the gold if you can and save yourself the trouble and expense.

The 510 has a catch reservoir at the tip. If you take a paperclip, put it just inside the mouth peice hole, you can pry it out real easy. When I'm refilling carts I pop them out and clean (if needed) with a q-tip.

Thanks Burnie, I'm sure I'll have to do that eventually. I noticed the 401 cart has an insert as well, but it doesn't quite cut the mustard.
i sent mine back they never sent my refills and refilling them with juice sucks they dont work well with juice and battery life sucks so there gone back funny though there not paying the shipping so im out 15 bucks i sent it certified because there real shady
I tried to cancel mine before they shipped it, but as soon as I sent an email to CS with the word cancel in it, it mysteriously shipped the next day. In any case, I finally got them to give me an RMA number for it so she will be on the next mailtruck out towards North Carolina.
