is it a quitting smoking thing or a vaping thing? Holy crap I never EVER have dreams (that I can recall anyways) and I am having such crazy dreams I feel like I am not resting well... does this go away? Am I all alone on this? I am having crazy scary dreams, wild dreams that feel so real I wake up frequently really really confused for a minute or two. I wake up not knowing where I am.. WTF is going on? LOL I am afraid to go back to sleep lol it's like a Freddy Krueger thing! hahaha

It just the analog withdrawl. I had some pretty freaky ones the first 2 weeks. Sleep sound now, when I do sleep.

Have you had the dream of falling off the building and getting eaten by the giant spider that catched you before hit the ground. When you have that one just remember don't fight it you'll only get tangled up worse in the spiders web. Use the bottle of crisco in the skeletons jacket pocket to slip free.

I can't really remember my dreams after about 10 minutes, but I kinda remember running, being scared, being framed for murder (LOL I don't have a guilty conscience either) ummm losing my babies, I have had dreams, where I was like "oh I am dreaming" and make myself wake up.. I walk around the house and realize that there are all kinds of things out of place... and then I realize that I am still freakin DREAMING. I had a dream that there were coins all over the carpet... that was just a little while ago when I was napping.. so I remember that one quite well.

Ya know I've been having some pretty intense dreams come to think of it for the past couple of days...cut tobacco completley out, defintley think its what truckingmouse said. Have your dreams been scary or just vivid? Whatever happens, its better than using the patch which has been known to give people nightmares when either accidnetly or intentionally left overnight. Scared of Chantix because its a pyschotropic drug if I'm getting the term right.

Chantix does give people vivid dreams and may also lead to mild forms of psychosis.

In most cases, its not just the lack of tobacco, but it could be in your case.

The Patch, as b00stzx3 mentioned above does give vivid dreams. I kind of like them though, dream or nightmare. It's like i'm cheating time by being conscious when I'm not supposed to be and still getting sleep. Maybe that's just a weird way of looking at it.

Gashin,

Just fyi - this is from Familydoctor.org:

'There are two types of melatonin that may be used in these pills: natural and synthetic (man-made). Natural melatonin is made from the pineal gland of animals. This form could be contaminated with a virus and is therefore not recommended. The synthetic form of melatonin does not carry this risk. If you are not sure if your melatonin is natural or synthetic, ask your doctor or pharmacist before taking it.'

Er, uh, off topic here but that kind of avatar was the subject of a thread in the General section in which it was agreed that avatars depicting children smoking was a very, very, very bad idea. Yours alone could reverse the vote of 10 or the 17 senators who said "no" to giving FDA authority over tobacco. It's all about "saving the children" and your avatar is a poster for that mantra!

Cute? Maybe. Provocative? Absolutely. Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids will love to make a screen grab of this ...

I had a bizarre dream the day I started vaping.. I wasn't in it. That's the first time I've not been in a dream of mine. Some crazy chick was in a psych ward, and was completely freaking out because she didn't believe she was actually a human, but was misplaced in a human body and couldn't fit into her own identity. Seemed kind of like The Exorcist.

I don't know. weird. but interesting. I don't mind it.

Most animal viruses don't work in humans... anyway if I get sick I'll sue the company that made these pills :D. So far so good.... yesterday I took 3 at around 12 am after sleeping from 4am-7pm so my cycle was messed up. I woke up around 4am and couldn't sleep so I popped in another 3mg and I passed out by 5 and woke up at around 9.... no dreams at all! My vaping behavior didn't change either....

Practically all my dreams are from the third person view or from the first person persepctive of someone that isn't me.... I don't know if this started since I started vaping though because a year is a long time!
