Creating a metal tank for my don

Hi, I'm currently making a metal and polycarb tank (510) for my new don! Im looking to use the new CE2 XL R5. Im thinking of either using a synthetic bucking or o-ring for the thread end so as to make it easy to take out and hopefully not leak

Any tips on design or asthetics?

I have a feeling it may take a lot of adjustments on the metal work to make it easy to fill/change CE2 and yet be sealed....

Also ive noticed a lot of variations on ce2's, some are ribbed some smooth on the thread end making it more difficult to machine the correct diameter

I guess the closest is the clear cart in the middle of the photo. I will probably make enough polycarb to hold 5ml+ and have a metal top/mouthpiece.

this F1 storm chaser carto, if we replace the center component, center contact and airtube, with one from ce2xl, then mod the outer tube with 5ml BD. the result is 4ml tank mod.

the 5ml BD can be replaced with metal tube with proper gaskets.
