Why don't you guys use PayPal? The buyer can pay with funds from their checking account or use their credit card. And the seller can choose to have his funds deposited in which ever account they want.
I've used paypal as a seller and a buyer and I thinks it offers alot of protection on both sides of the transaction. Worth the small fee that they charge.
I love using paypal and would ALWAYS prefer it rather than exposing my credit card information to a variety of online vendors.
Just a thought - for maybe in the future having PayPal as a payment option.

yu are correct. we did use paypal in the beginning they froze the account the moment they found out we were selling ecigs. paypal is owned by ebay, ebay does not accept ecig sales either. We will have it sorted out soon enough but we are not the credit card companies, they take however long they take. We have told everyone they are free to send us a check or money order or cash and we will ship their order the same day. That still stands as we wait.

What's the ETA now for credit card processing. Note on website dated 11/22 says 48 hours. Post on this thread says Monday afternoon. It's now Tuesday, 11/29 and still not taking credit card orders. Been ordering from FSUSA for long time and quality is consistently good. I hate to have to start looking for a new supplier but something is going on here. As an accountant I work with businesses everyday and it's unusual to take this long to get set up for credit cards.

It is a bit different when it comes to vaping products. Most processors will not process payments for this industry. It seems crazy for them to cut off processing for what will be a rapidly growing market segment but most processing companies are more worried about liability and bottom line than customer service.

Well worded! Personally, I would like to gather the vaping community to 'ban' those who want to keep us smoking!!! There's such a growing number of us, and we're ALL dollar signs that surely would hurt them ;)

Of course, we can't forget those that have been as helpful as FSUSA ;) We'll wait it out... hopefully it won't be too much longer. Too bad we don't all have contact info for this processor, we could surely aid in speeding up their process LoL

and why don't you accept checks and m/o in the mail in the meantime? I would have mailed you a check back on Thursday. but you said no. why????
I have stated several times in several places both here on ecf and on our facebook that you are free to send cash, check or money order to our address. if a check we will send the order out when the check clears the bank. We are working hard with our banks to get everything back on track, but we are not the banks so we can't move things any faster along. We appreciate the patience folks are showing, we are human too and have concerns about our processing abilities as much as anyone else.
