I am sooo confused!! I filled my shopping cart with products, clicked on "Continue", but the message says:

Must have prior authorization to use the check payment method. Please contact us before using this payment method if you wish to pay by check or money order! if you use this method of payment and you are unauthorized, the order will be automatically canceled. Please choose from your address book where you would like the invoice to be sent to.

So, I contacted you via Contact form as instructed, asked for authorization, but got this email from you:

Our credit card processor is unavailable at this time. We are unable to
process any orders. We are working hard to correct the situation and should
have it resolved soon. We apologize of the inconvenience.

I'm lost, not sure what to do now.. How can I complete my order and pay by check?? Please help me.

On the previous page David posted, "we are adding on, for the first time, e-check processing also. Pam and I never did these in the past but the option was offered to us while we were wrapping all of this up and we took it. We will be able to have a link on our site for e-check processing finally." Hopefully you're not in dire need, but I'm sure david will keep us posted as to when it's available.

I am not talking about e-check, I don't even know what that is. I just want to send a check in the mail, but I cannot complete the order. I don't know what the total amount is, because I am stuck at the screen with "Payment information" that requires some kind of authorization. It wont tell me how much is shipping, it wont let me apply coupon, it wont give me an order# and total price, nothing.

Sorry, I am not a Facebook user, I only go by what the site says.

Seems I read something somewhere here in this thread, David provided instructions/process - but my guess is they would have to do something to your account/cart to allow the processing to continue. Perhaps the email reply you got after clicking the Contact from the web site was out of confusion, or automated reply and they're working on it. Either way, I'm sure you'll get a better response than mine ;)

Shucks, I was hoping today was going to be the day!

e-checks? e-checks? I haven't written any kinda check in a couple years... don't even know if I actually HAVE any paper checks. Last one I needed, I went to the credit union and let them print a counter check for me ;) Love da credit union and it's free/cheaper services!

After a year of vaping and most of that being with your Doublemint, I seem to have developed sensitivity to PG. I was looking and I don't see an option to have all VG but only a PG/VG 50/50 mix. Am I missing something or do you have a VG in the Doublemint? Hoping to make an order as soon as you get back up and going.

unfortunately that is one of our custo blends, we cannot alter the 50/50 mix it alters the flavor too much. sorry.

the switch will get flicked sometime in the morning. Pam and I weathered alot of financial loss, and storms from customers both good and bad over the last 2 weeks. but we refuse to go with second best or bandaid fixes. we are in this for the long haul. so we took the losses, we took all the phone calls and emails both good and bad. almost done. for those seeking reward for waiting, we just ask you to recoginize how much we lost waiting to get this fixed...
