Credit Card/Debit Card processing is Down for now...

Since I learned about the CC issues, I've had a couple items in my cart, ready to go. I'd like to get my order done today (Sunday) and was wondering if there was any special discount running. I also didn't see the banner for the 10% freedomsmokeusa code ... is that still available? Will be happy to use e-check, usually use my debit card. Thanks so much!

unfortunately we are not running any specials at the moment. we are offering folks the ability to pay with an e-check or by bank transfer, both of which are highly secure. Until we get our credit card processing back up and running, which is in the works at this time.
 
I just placed an order using the e-check. It seemed to go smoothly. I would use this option every time if it was available. I consider you folks at FreedomSmokeUSA my friends who helped me quit smoking. I hope you are up and running soon with your CC processor. Thank you for providing me, my family and friends with the best product for vaping!

thank you metalmomma we appreciate it. actually the e-check is a permanent addition to our processing abilities. we have included bank transfer which is just as easy and painless. those are two parts of a three part change we are doing. finally we will have our new credit card bank who actually caters to the e-cig industry as opposed to the other banks. Hang tight it is all getting fixed for a permanent solution :)
by the way, love the west by god virginia :)

Shoot... just realized yesterday in a flurry of transferring funds around between accounts... I kinda over-spent on Black Friday / Cyber Week! LoL Oops! Looks like CC is my option for this order...

Keepin' my fingers crossed! Heck, it'll let you get the backlog of orders I'm sure have flooded in since the e-check was enabled!

Cart sits, ready, waiting... and now diluting the last of my Mojito... *cringe*

boy am I ever glad that I got my massive order in just before all this happened, I'd have been hooped.... I'm good for a while though for now. I just hope it's back up for the new year. :)

Ya I picked up 120ml of New/Port just before this happened. I have to say I'm pretty horrified this happened to FSUSA. There's been some information passed by me that some smaller vendors were being hassled by the banks, but FSUSA was the last place I thought would be hassled. So complete surprise from me.

Hope it gets handled soon. I'll be placing an order this week regardless since I'm down to 60ml of New/Port which I've been vaping a lot of lately. Usually it's freedomsmoke for me, but after a year straight of that I'm kicking the menthol for a while.

I'm just glad I have an alternative way of making an order.
