Ok So what about those who don't have a checking account for what ever reason?????? I don't under stand how you can't accept a personal money transfer from western union "Mobile Wallet" very esay to set up. I'll even bet I could sneak it by paypal doing a personal gift to your e-mail or mobile phone...

it is what it is. pam and i have made the offers of different forms of payment folks can make. e-check, bank transfer, cash or check/money order in the mail. That's what we have. We are only working on one other format right now which will be added as a permanent other way and that is a western union corporate account. that too takes time to create. We really aren't going to exhaust other means. We have what we have. We have apologized for what we don't have but again, it is what it is. we are close to having a new credit card processor also. But we aren't in control of it. We have offered the best alternatives we currently have to offer and when that changes we will make posts loud and clear so everyone knows them.
But what we currently offer is all we are going to currently offer for now. As other methods that we deem worthwhile come up we will offer them too. We do already know every format there is for accepting money. Some are good, some are bad and some we just aren't going to cater to.
Pam and I appreciate all those who have found ways to pay us, trust me we do appreciate it...

Thats ok guys, you're doing the best you can. Thats kinda why I ordered 120ml of my favorite juice. Maybe by the time I'm done with it, you'll be back on the credit card bandwagon. Good luck guys. Hope you get everything working. Thanks for being so fast to ship with the echecks. I wish you guys the best. I'll need to restock my Almond within the next couple of weeks too.

trust me Pam and I understand. The whole e-check thing I should have added a long time ago but it was more expensive back then. inexpensive option these days and it is a permanent addition for those who only have that option. our cc processing should be fixed before the end of the week they tell me.. we have alot of money to make up for so thank everyone for bearing with us and understanding...

you are correct TT, sit back and watch, others who have been watching us have a hard time will be experiencing the same thing. We took our time fixing it to make sure it is done correctly. We have built up multiple payment methods besides. It is unfortunate but it will happen to most of the others soon enough. Our situation is pretty much fixed. Finalizing western union for out of country payments as well. Now we will have many multiples of ways to make payments in the future bringing us to the forefront in this industry once again :)

thank you for that kindness. we are currently doing limited runsw of our new processor so it will be on and off the site from time to time for testing :)

Glad to hear it. The banking system is so broken. What used to be customer service has become about eliminating risk and increasing profits at the expense of customer service and building long term relationships.

The e-check thing works well in the mean time for those that are hesitant. I am mixing my first batch of DIY liquid tomorrow thanks to that option.

I have never posted under your threads, though I'm an FSUSA addict. Just placed my order. Your PureCig mix is easily the best cigarette replacement out there and if anyone claims otherwise tell them to f--- off with confidence (I do). My Dad and I managed to quit the ugly habit thanks to PureCig and I will forever be thankful to you David. This Credit Card thing had me ...... off because I'm in Canada and I absolutely HATE banks. I don't want to deal with them at all if I don't have to. I was seriously thinking about flying down to AZ and paying you guys a friendly visit to purchase juice to deprive the banks of my wire-transfer money. I didn't have to do that as your processor seems to be working for now. Your hardcore fan from Ontario, Canada :)

So.. it's still down? I ordered yesterday and it looked like it went through just fine. The CC processor accepted the card and
didn't give me any errors. I think it gave me an order conformation ( but honestly perhaps I missed it - I was in a hurry and
didn't read through the page after I hit the confirm button but at a glance it didn't look like anything different than my other order conformation pages) Today I checked my e-mail and found that the order did not go through.

Should or should I not expect the CC processor to accept the CC info and look like it's working?
I would assume if the CC processor is down, and not able to process the transaction it would not accept the CC information. Is this correct? ( in other words, it would not even let me enter the CC information. ) If so, then there is some other reason why my order did not go through.

I'm trying to puzzle out which end the problem is on as the poster above indicated the CC processor worked for him, and I know this CC card is good, it should have gone through.

Yes we do have a processor. I have been turning it off and on for internet sales the last few days but we have not announced it yet. We have been taking credit cards in our lounge for 4 days now but I wanted to fully test the system before unleashing it to the floodgates that are the internet. It will continue to be up and down a bit but all looks good. Our new processor is a phenomenal group to work with and they actually cater to the e-cig industry.
Pam and i will make an announcement here, and everywhere else, when we are running full steam with it...

Sounds like good news. I'm holding out for the belated Black Friday sale. Gonna get some juice as gifts/stocking stuffers for friends and family. I will stay tuned. :)

for now we are not running any specials. We lost alot of money having no processor for a month. Unfortunately we can't afford to give any discounts at this time. sorry but this has been extremely hard on us financially, I am sure everyone understands that...

sorry to hear that!! a month is a long time for internet sales to be down :(

Hope you guys get everything going soon!
