I am stuck, ready to make the move... Help!!

Background: 1.5 or 2 pack a day Marlboro Reds smoker forever... I am in my 30s and would like to make the switch for many various reasons... :D

I have narrowed it down to two products. GreenCig and Volcano Magma. I understand the 510 is a great product and people seem to like the Magma and the company in general. I really like the PCC and the overall design. The GC as a two piece unit appeals to me as well. At this point I don't plan on filling my own, and the cost difference between the two doesn't bother me much, nor the cart prices.

Has anyone tried both and have a preference towards one or the other? I already saw the one user here who loves the GC and didn't love the Magma, looking for other opinions as well!

I lean towards the Magma because of the seeming fast shipping, this would be especially important for new carts and the many flavors!

On the flip side I like the idea of a two piece unit and the reviews for the GreenCig have been excellent. However, not as many flavors and should I be concerned about not being able to get replacement carts for the GC?

All in all I would say I am 70% GC and 30% Magma... Stuck!

Forget GreenCig* and get a Kr8 ... or a 510. See my comparative review to help decide (and for suppliers of each model).

* It's overpriced, there are extremely few suppliers, and it is not fully compatible with anything else. The new type of Kr8 cartomizers are better than GreenCig cartos ever were.

I agree. Dont bother with either. My brother has both and hates them. I ended up getting him a KR808 kit from Vapor4Life. V4L's cartomizers are at most 1-2 dollars (on a 5 pack) more than others and they are much much better. And you cant beat the KR808 PCC (personal charging case). Blu, Green, and volcano are way overpriced. All my old smoker buddies that are converting, and newbies that ask me what to buy, I tell them the same thing.

Oh man, now your throwing another wrench in the selection process! OK I ruled out the Magma.... But the PCC for the GC looks awesome.

Like I said, I don't care much for the cost difference, I just want the best one to start with!

I really do appreciate your responses, this is incredibly daunting even though I have been trying to read this forum for the past week lol!

Tasty Vapor

Tastyvapor is always the place I tell people to go that are looking for excellent juice. Now that they have started selling e cigs this is the only link you need imo.

Do yourself a favor and get an eGo, they are the way to go imho. Heck a complete eGo with charger and atty is only gonna be like $26! While your at it pick up a bottle of juice and for $41 shipped your ready to go for a couple weeks:toast:

This has all been great! My problem though is I travel very often and cannot have a messy product. I also would prefer not to have a "big" product, at least to start.

Anyone not recommending GC purly on price or have you all tried one? Again, price isn't the factor, convenience, size and performance are (in that order).
Basically the Highly Commercially advertised e-cigs are over priced for an infierior product. You wont get consistancy in your flavor/vapor or overall experience. Honestly the eGo isn't that big, i grabbed a joye510 and it was great, loved it. Now i have my eGo, it isn't messy, they make a cartomizer (combines atomizer and cartridge in one) that fit and many love. Plus the eGo most likely will last you more than enough time if not you will have a fully charged spare battery.

- Also you wont find an ecig that fits your performance and convenience facotrs in a size that relates to a real cig that lasts for maybe an hour or 2.

In hindsight i wish i would have just gotten the eGo from the start instead. The smaller size ecigs have a smaller battery that is great for the first 15 mins but performance dies down. Then after multiple recharges performance drops even further. After 2 months of rechargings for my 510 batteries they have a noticable decrease in performance.

I'd go for V4L if those are your requirements. Cartos + battery ready to go anytime. If you get a shorty battery it's as small as a regular cig. Get a pcc with your kit then you can charge it anywhere.
