Who's got both? I have a kick and for what it is I love it. That's not to say it doesn't have it's quirks, though. It regulates REALLY well, better than my Vamo, which seems to slowly weaken with the battery just as much as a mech with a 2Ω coil. I never notice a voltage drop until the battery is too low (stutter, stutter). But that came waaayyyy too soon. Also 10 watts is a pretty low limit. How does the Crown compare? Battery life, finicky ground connection, are the beeps anoying when checking or changing watts/volts? Do you notice a voltage drop? And if you do a 3 or 4 button press vape will it start to change settings on you? Up till now, Provape's and Evolv's regulator have been far better than anything else save maybe the Nivel chip. Not all regulators are created equal and yes, even though something is vv/vw it doesn't mean it won't give you weak vapor way before the battery dies no matter what Pbusardo says, lol. Someone who has both chime in!

I have both. The Crown was using the battery faster at first. I had it in a Drawtube which is all threaded and larger inside than other mods. I took it out and put it in a CHI CHI and now it seems to be about the same as the Kick. I like them both. The Crown is nice because you can test resistance and set wattage without opening the mod or using a meter.
It also plays Star Wars tune when the battery needs charged.

Just have to wonder how easy it is to hear the tones on the crown.
I'll be using it in a Legacy and I have a 50% hearing loss in both ears. I like all the reviews I've seen about the crown, but if I can't hear it the. It will be worthless. Most if my hearing loss is in the higher range and being inside a Legacy just gives me some concerns.

I feel like you couldn't hear someone screaming for help while being attacked by a pack of Grizzly Bears inside of a legacy.
