Yes, same Bobbye! The jewel cruise was great! I switched over to vaporing this past summer and love it. So glad to be off the analogs and breathing again. We're talking about another NCL cruise this summer out of NY -- time will tell.
I'm going on eight weeks using E-ciggs. 12 or so analogs the first month. and no analogs the last 25 days. It's a great thing. We are trying to all agree on our next cruise out of NY.

We were on the jewel in May & Sept and we've booked an April 24th cruise again on the Jewel

Back yesterday from a Western on Celebrity. First and most importantly, my kids (boys- 22 and 27) did NO damage to our house in our absence and all of the pets are alive. Now on to vaping. I vaped anywhere and everywhere I wanted except in the MDR, Buffet, and inside the shops. I got a few looks- mostly curiousity and a few questions. I think people did not care and it did not take them but a quick glance to realize that it was not a cigarette. I am really pleased. Celebrity has a strict smoking policy and I was able to vape in our stateroom and on the balcony with no problem. There actually did not seem to be very many smokers on the ship. Even though the smoking sections were frequently occupied, they are relatively small. I think most smokers probably booked on more smoking friendly cruise lines and that is okay with me.

I wish their were a western Carribean cruise out of NY. Getting tired of the same ports.... NY to Fla. to Mexico or Jamaica and back to NY. Lots of sea day's would do that in a heartbeat With out having to fly. [or smoke analogs]

So people really care where they go? <grin> Truthfully I rarely get off the ship unless it's an area I haven't gone to yet. With the Caribbean the most I do is sometimes get off and walk around the pier area a bit.

I realy like sea days best. We went to Cozumel back in '85 and would like to go there again. I always say a cruise to nowhere for more then two days would work for me. I now concider myself an X smoker. Six weeks analog free not counting the first month that I had twelve analogs.

I don't have to go outside into the heat anymore. But I figured out early on that I have to go out there because if I don't, my two Wiener Dogs will stay inside with me and end up ...... on the floor when I am not looking.[/I]

Haha, I have the same problem, My dog is used to the frequent opening of the door for smoke breaks, Vaping is not only an adjustment for me but for my best little buddy also.

Don't really care where we go, as long as it is warm. Hubby wants to do an Alaska Cruise and I am like "meh" *shrugs* but will probably end up doing it just to make him happy. Would much rather bask in the sun with a boat drink in hand. lol

Our friends ask us why we don't do the Alaskan cruise since we usually cruise 6-7 times a year. Our answer is that if we want to see an iceberg we can go out and look at our swimming pool in January <grin>
