Please respond to me. I orderd on 18 Dec and have not received my order yet. Was told it shipped on 27 Dec. Asked for tracking number. Havent got that yet either. Just respond to me and let me know whats going on. Thanks

i used the ticket system for a screw i had,,that was back the first of october,,i gave up on this vendor ever fixing the screw up

There's usually and email address in the "contact us" menu on their web site, also. I'd use that and the telephone. Most vendors are responsive when you use expected channels to contact them.

There should be a telephone number with your confirmation sent by email. I ordered from them at the beginning of the month and that is the only thing I have so far. Hope they get caught up.

Iv used this company many times and never had a problem. I also do add the insurance on the shipping but I do that with every thing that's shipped usps if I can since they make a lot of mistakes. Hope all works out for you.

Suppliers aren't allowed to respond here. You need to contact them or post in his thread in the suppliers section.

I think he's backed up. Unfortunately many orders will slow down soon due to the Chinese New Year. Order while you can!

...said it before and I'll say it again...CCV is a great outfit...call Andrew(not email) at the number on his contact us page...this company has had an explosion of business since mid Dec which has resulted in real problems for them keeping up...complaining here will not get your order to you...only CCV can do that.............

CCV is not a crap company. He is having growing pains - too many orders - too little time. Things will settle down, soon & orders will be quick again. He sells good products at a good price with free shipping. If it takes longer to get it, that's something I can live with. I'm all for giving good people the benefit of the doubt, and Andrew has been good to me.
