I have had no leaking from the 510 thread with the top end of the 510 squonk pin open to the deck. I have not closed off the top end of the 510 yet, and I do not think I'm going to. With the pin open on top (at the deck) you can squonk in the traditional way with a single squeeze of the bottle. If you put the supplied screw into the top of the 510 "tube" you will only be filling the tank when you squeeze the bottle. I have been doing the regular squawk method AND filling the tank with a bottle trough the top of the 510...it does not push juice into the 510 threads or into the squonk bottle...it just fills the tank like normal. I really like that. It allows me to fill the squonk bottle (6ml) and the tank (2ml) and I have 8 ml of available ejuice. Works great.

Thumpey, it vapes as good as it looks. Excellent quality build. Excellent vape. Not as airy as some, but wonderful flavor as a result. I highly recommend it!

Ya I hear you,am not using mine on a sqonker yet as I have not found one yet that I like,that being said I do find myself filling it many,many,many times during the day SIGH!!! Lol

I really try not to be biased with this tank (Cthulhu sent it to me to review, but to be fair, I did purchase one to show my support). But it really is the best tank I own. I purchased a Pharaoh RTA because I was curious, but the Gaia has already shelved it. It truly just is that good. Sometimes I feel like I own every RDTA and RTA out there, and nothing even comes close to the flavor/vapor from the Gaia.

It is only 2ml, but it's just worth it (to me) for the aesthetics and the flavor you get from it. I feel like it just wouldn't be the same if it were 5ml and twice the size. The ease of filling it from the center of the deck, also makes it feel...right, and a worthy trade off (especially if you're a squonker.)

Just my opinion, but I say if you're leaning towards picking one up - I genuinely can't imagine anyone feeling buyer's remorse from it. I love to nitpick the hell out of everything, but there's nothing really there to nitpick, minus the capacity (which again, is basically justifiable, IMO.)

I just shelved my EXO RTA when my second Gaia arrived...the flavor is that much better on the Gaia in my opinion. Not that the EXO is lousy or bad, it's pretty durn good as a matter of fact, but the Gaia just out shines most for my style of vaping.

how do you guys keep the driptip from burning your lips? I"ve tried all combos of tips using the adapter, as well as using the ultem tip....what do you guys use? That's my only gripe with the Gaia, it gets hot af. I don't care that the atty get hot, that's fine, but i prefer not to get hot lips without a babe present.

That's weird. My ultem tip doesn't get hot at all. I only burn my lips when I put them too low and touch the top cap itself

I don't really run anything too rowdy tho. Just fused claptons at ~450 degrees. None of those crazy CleptoPancreas coils. What kinda build?
