Sometimes, yes. It depends on the juice. Each has its own "sweet spot" as far as power is concerned. Start with lower watts (or volts if that's what your set to), take a few draws, then increase the power. repeat until the vape either gets harsh or the flavor starts to decrease, then back the power down a notch.

The MVP you have goes to 11 watts. I have an eLeaf iStick, which can go to 20 watts with the right coils. It's relatively inexpensive, and goes well with an Aspire Mini or a Kanger Mini Pro. The Aspire Mini has adjustable airflow, while the Mini Pro doesn't, but both are nice for flavor.

If you are using the plastic Aspire clearomizers, they can affect the flavor (negatively, IMHO) and are susceptible to plastic leaching with some juices.

Hope it helps and Happy Vaping!

I would really recommend the Aspire Nautilus or Nautilus Mini with the newer BVC's (bottom vertical coil). I have a friend who uses it on her MVP and she loves it! The glass tanks mean you don't have to worry about a tank cracking or leaking from your citrus or other tank-cracking juices. It also has adjustable airflow, so you can crank it down to a tighter airflow, and that's how my friend rocks hers, no complaints!
