Well, the top 3 could vary, depending upon what you want it based on (ie. price, quality, speed of delivery, variety of nicotine types offered, combination of any/all of those, etc.).
IMO I think there's actually about 5 that people seem to choose pretty equally, based on posts made about it. Seems like Nude Nicotine, Wizard Labs, RTS Vapes, Heartland Vapes, and MFS are the 5 most commonly chosen. Nicotine River is another that seems to be gaining in popularity.
I can't tell you anything about organic nic base, because I have no experience with it and never even thought about buying it. I've been very pleased with regular 100mg/mL nic base that I've bought from Nude Nicotine, Wizard Labs, and RTS Vapes. Won't be ordering any more from another place though, as it's too "peppery" for me, and I was shorted 180+mL from my liter.

I have tried a couple besides NN, I haven't really seen a difference. I order from NN now primarily, their normal 100mg/ml. Stuff.. I tried the signature and smooth nic's they have as well and haven't noticed much of a difference either. I'm hairy with them tho, they always take care of me.

I've only use MFS 100mg/ml nic base. It has no real flavor, peppery taste, or off notes that I can detect, even in unflavored mixes. It's clear in a dropper and in the bottom of the bottle I mix in. I always put the nic in all my bottles first so that I can close up the liter nic bottle and reduce the possibility of a spill. I vape a tank of unflavored at some point every day to clear my palate.
My 100ml syringes are supposed to get here today, so I'll be transferring my MFS nic from the bottle it was shipped in to 8oz brown Boston Rounds bottles. I'll put some in a clear bottle for DIY use and post the picture to show clarity (or lack of) once I get time to start the transfer.

I get my nicotine from Nude Nicotine. Their nic is excellent quality, so I really haven't found a need to go anywhere else.
I used to get mine from VT but Kevin's pricing has more than doubled and close to tripled on what he used to charge for the Throat Hit nic and he refuses to offer sales .
I got a liter of VG Nic each from Nude Nicotine, Wizard labs & 5 from RTS Vapes. Quality was basically the same, but RTS had the best price at the time. YMMV...
