You can also use Spray Foam and Felt. We do custom cases at work a lot and we will spray the foam in (start with very little and let it begin to expand) and then place the felt over the foam, press the pieces you wish to fit and allow it to form. You can use a razor to trim if needed once it has dried. It can get a bit messy but it allows you to get a really tight fit.

where do you get that stuff??

I got pretty tired of all E-cig components being scattered through out all my pockets and getting scuffed, scraped, and battered. so I came up with bootleg case for my some of my gear till I find some better tins or what not... if you have a custom/bootleg carrying case, you can post them here... inspire us!

So here is the temporary home for my "curiously strong" 510..... i call it the halfway house.
im trying to come up with a way to secure my liquid bottle and carts to the lid... other than that its perfect

HI I know this is not a thing to carry everything it but this case works for me. You know those small metal cases with clips on the outside, you can buy them at most dollar general stores etc.? They come with a pair of real skinny glasses for reading. Well they make perfect cases for your ecig (unless its a pen too big lol) and they come in multiple colors too. lot cheaper then buying something a little smaller off sites and even ebay and they cost like $3.00 with the glasses. by the way I enjoy reading this forum, great ideas, tips, tricks, etc. very informative. thanks a lot

Sounds simple enough but would defininately like some more info on this. If you have the time i'm sure most members, myself included, would even appreciate a tutorial with pictures.:thumb:

I'll see if i can put something together. It's hard to explain in text so I'll bang one out with photos and post the results.

I just got a new Riva 901 and my old 501 slim case wouldn't work for carrying it in my pocket at work. I wanted something not too big. I found a "stash" tin I bought at a concert recently and had never found a use for. I took the foam that the Riva had come in and cut it down to fit. Holds my battery, atty, cone and drip tip or cart. I think it's going to be the perfect solution. Someone in chat pointed me to this thread to share it.
