I have exhausted every other avenue I could think of to contact you and have had no response!

My most recent Support Request (see below) was sent Tuesday, the day I received my latest order. This is the third 100 ml bottle of Boba's that has not been right. You can tell just by looking at the color of it that it is not Boba's; it doesn't taste like Boba's and there is NO throat hit. In addition, the Gorilla Juice was awful too.

I can see where you viewed my Support Request the following morning, but here we are, 3 business days later and no response.

I understand that everyone makes mistakes, no problem! What I don't understand is the lack of customer service and communication (4 months and counting) to correct the mistake that was made. I have spent over $550 with your company over the past year and I would greatly appreciate a response.

Please call me ASAP!

Hmm, I don't know about the TH, but I can say for sure that the coloration on that Boba's Bounty looks perfectly correct to me.

In light of this thread, I actually sacrificed 3-4 drops of my Boba's by dripping it into a water bottle cap and comparing the color. They look identical.

As for flavor, being that you've been vaping for a long while, this may sound condescending (although, not intentional, I assure you). Is it possible that your tastes have just simply changed?

Anyways, I hope you get everything resolved.
