CS never ceases to amaze me!!!!! Seriously, I have never in my life dealt with any company with better customer service reps than with Smokeless Image.

I called CS today to see if something was out from my order as it was still processing (turned out there was). I was going to ask to speak to Cookie Monster. Think Tyler would've known who I was talking about?

I have to say I am impressed with SI's CS too. Just received my replacement battery and it works beautifully (and it shipped fast too!)
