Lol the cbdsa officer laughed and said as long as there is no nicotine it will be fine and that UPS clearly has no idea what prohibited means as if it was it would of been seized and not with them to go back to sender.... It appears UPS was just refusing to process this with customs with I'll informed information called UPS apparently they finally decided to attempt customs today? Maybe because I called them about 80x and they're sick of hearing me argue with them, but who knows... Day 1 appears to be ending on a positive note

I think they said they had a hard time finding a broker to take it on? The customs reps are actually more on my side than the damn UPS reps lol both customs reps were baffled when I told them what was happening. After this I am officially boycotting UPS. Any Canadian vaper would apparently be wise to do the same it seems, I've had stuff via FedEx USPS Korean air mail Greece air mail, you name it all of them were perfectly fine and smooth transactions.

That kind of scary, dont mean too alarm you but was the juice bottled sealed, some could slip something in to the bottle.

So far I'm still alive.... I've vaped a mil from each bottle.

I do agree our liquids should be safety sealed just the same.

Now to get my last order in tomorrow, yummy yummy Bobas, and GJ.

Sounds like your making progress OP.

Dealing with eBay to buy random things (nothing to do with vaping) I have learned my lesson many times over. getting charged effing brokerage fees totalling half the cost of the initial purchase on top of the taxes.... I'm getting angry just remembering all that. Anyway I've been burned many times by the courier industry and always try to avoid them. The first time I remember clearly, shipping my own property back to me from the states. I sent a computer to the states for co-location (server farm kinda place) and after a couple years I decided to bring it back home so I had them send it back. The courier (I forget which) charged me tax and brokerage on my OWN property. I was not amused.

Sorry for you hard luck, ive benen having a few problems of my own, vaping related too,but either the Govt is using you as a scapegoat or UPS are bumbling idiots,i have a feeling you will get the package, remember too not lose you cool with customs and raise your voice, even tho they are wrong, this will improve your odds.

Agreed, as I said in an earlier post, I will not buy from a vendor of any product that only ships UPS, the last time I used them it was for a camera lens from Amazon, they charged me duty when I knew it was duty free. I didn't argue with the guy at the door but I filed a complaint and threatened to report them to customs and they refunded the duty. I often wonder how many people they have duped into paying duty who didn't have to. We have a family business and import and export parts and equipment all over the world and my husband has been know to say " that he would rather hire a kid on a bicycle......than use UPS".

Yeah I agree completely, they're the only shipping company I've ever had to contact and I've had to contact them a lot just to get it right, I feel like an aircraft control person guiding my package home everytime I get anything via ups. Will be talking to them again today and everyday until status changes on my package for better or for worse.

Canada Customs has a standing order with UPS that we are not to process shipments containing smokeless cigarettes. We have forwarded your concerns to our Brokerage Department for further processing. We have requested to have your shipment submitted to customs for them to make the final decision.

Hmmmmm UPS acting on behalf of customs? Why did they even accept the shipment then? Something seems off...

There job is to ship not to act as customs, they accepted the package and payment, they should mind their own business and just submit it to customs. I really think you should let the vendor know that UPS is jacking their clients around, USPS is a much better option. My Vamo from china is sitting at the post office, waiting for me to pick it up. We have rural delivery so if the community mail box's two parcel compartments are used you have to go pick it up. If Singapore post can do it, you would think UPS could. Sorry....that's my rant for today 8-o
