Customs Risk

Hi everyone:

A Chinese e liquid supplier from whom I am considering ordering 1200 ml of e-juice, 100 CE4 atomizers and 20 KGO batteries

tell me that the risk of losing my order in customs is 1-2%. Do you think that is a fair assessment?
Also if I do lose the order, is what I lose just the money, or could I be in legal trouble?

Also if anyone has done business with this company please let me know what you think.

I can't tell you about ejuice, but I've ordered other unrelated items from abroad, China, Japan, Hong Kong, and Germany, and have not had problems. Shipping time is long on those slow boats though!

I've been waiting for some wick material from Germany for like 20 days. I did get some juice from China early on but it took about 12-13 days.

I haven't ordered from them, but I have from health cabin. There has not been an issue that I know of with US customs, however, there is a thread in I think it is the juice section talking about shipping juices from china and some issues. So check with the company and see what shipping options they have as it is my understanding the china air mail and DHL can not be used for any liquid currently.
