I went and bought a flavor for my SO, and after it was sent noticed that it was 36 mg instead of something much less like 18 (my mistake). Instead of returning it to the site, any opinions/thoughts/problems on 'cutting it' with PG or distilled water to reduce nic levels?

Hey rick_tx, Sure you can cut your liquid 50/50 with PG to make it 18mg strength. BUT you will also be cutting the flavor. So whatever you bought is taste pretty weak.
You could also buy some more of the same flavor but in 0mg of nic and mix it with an equal amount of the 36mg liquid. Now you would have a finished product with 18mg strength.
