It is alright though. The guys are taking care of me with my Pila charger issue and sending a new one with my new Provari and I am going to send my old one back in. I will eventually be getting a third Provari, as I do really want a Black with blue led but I wanted to take care of my primary use / backup devices. I would never want to take a Black Chrome one outside the house because of being scared I would hurt it LOL.

If you're like me you'll do just as well inside the house...

I'm guessing they had a bunch of satin and black models already fitted with the blue LEDs and not as many with red in anticipation of the new release of blue LEDs so that would explain it and they're just trying to get as many orders out that are ready as possible as fast as possible.
