I ran across the daily show's story ideas message board. I found one reference to E-cigarettes, which gained no traction. Jon, being an ex-smoker (although I wonder), would probably run with an opportunity to trash ASH's position on e-cigs.

As with most forums, the Hot Topics stay at the top of the forum. So, don't think that would be an issue...

well.. it's no wonder the FDA report has had such an impact. The whole antifreeze word conjures up ideas of pets drinking radiator fluid... no matter how minute amount of Diethylene glycol, it will be confused with Ethylene glycol (the bad stuff), then to add to confusion, Propylene glycol...

Thought i would attempt to clear that up, but I can't even get the reply button to work now. Probably for the best, as I have a hard time with composition. I'll leave it to the adepts.

Also, if someone has the link to the New Zealand study, that would be good to post there in response to the guy claiming there have been no studies. And if anyone knows where to find something that shows how much DEG is in traditional cigs that would be good too. I could probably find them if I weren't living on 6 hours of sleep in 3 days.

Done. I wish I could attach files to my posts there as I have a large amount of studies and info on the issue saved on my computer.

It's amazing the lack of research that was apparently by one of the posters there... none of us I can tell!

Keep posting people! This is great! The more we can post, the more those against ecigs keep proving our point for us! And hopefully, the more activity... the better chance we have of being seen.
