I just received my V4L package and it was EMPTY! :( The only thing in the envelope was the packing slip! :( No Liquids and No Business Cards! :(

I quickly called V4L and talked to a Customer Rep. He was so polite and [FONT="]apologetic! He told me he would make sure that my Juices would get Shipped Immediately! :) V4L Customer Service Reps ROCK!

Thanks V4L for having such Great Customer Service!

The package was sealed and not damaged. :( The Rep told me that they are trying out a new shipping procedure and it must have messed up on my order. Especially where there was not even any business cards in the envelope. Accidents happen, so I'm not too concerned. I will be panicing in a few days because I'm starting to run out of liquids! :(

Sending you a new package when u recieved nothing is not great customer service, its "existent" customer service. Now, when they double the juices on the order cuz of the screw up,THATS great cust service

I don't feel that way! They didn't even doubt my word or argue with me! They Immediately Apologized and Took Care Of Business! That's Real Customer Service! I can't say Enough Good Words about How Great V4L has treated me in this sad situation! They Are Awesome!

I hear you there! :) This is The First time I have had a problem with an order from V4L, or as that goes from any company I buy from. So I am very Happy with the Service I get from them, especially in this matter! :)

I was lathering up the sarcasm pretty thick on that one. You know, requiring that you return nothing before re-sending out your order. Yaaaaaaaaa....

Your an avid fisherman so I suggest you take your fish out for a swim and vape to pass the time until your package arrives.

I'm sure they will more than likely throw some extras in there for the mix up they always have for me!

Agree totally. Yes, it'd be better if these things didn't happen, but life's like that. I've had a few problems, especially to begin with, what with items missing or not working right. Got to the point where I felt V4L must think I'm scamming them. Every time they sorted the problem without hesitation. That is customer service.

Frankly, I kind of miss being "man-handled.":blush::p Oh well!

And Katz, really hon: it's from the Latin, "homo-", not the Latin, "viri-". So many females really need to demand a refund from their schools!:laugh:

I also had a problem with my shipment. I ordered juice and 3 new batts. I opened the package and was slapped in the face by peppermint scent. One of my bottles had leaked in transit and was half empty. My packing slip was soaked along with my batts and the other juice bottles. I put in a ticket and received fantastic service, of course. They are sending me a replacement bottle and another batt just incase one of the ones I ordered malfunctions. V4L rocks my socks!!
