Honestly now that I think about it, they are both 510, if you like the stainless steel you can always put a stainless steel ego t atomizer and tank on too. Really its up to you! The W is just a different style, I like it, it's what I use.

Thanks dieflue. I should have been clearer. I meant some links here on ECF talking about the good and bad about the W. I'll see what I can find. My wife likes the ego-T, but gets frustrated with it sometimes. And, just about all of our ego batts are around a year old. So, I'm starting to look. Thanks! And good luck again!
