I have had insomnia as long as I can remember. Ever since I started vaping, I can fall asleep in no time flat, day or night. If I sit still, I have to fight falling asleep. Kinda interferes with my vaping sessions. :D Is this common? Does it pass? I'm sleeping 10 - 12 hours per day!

I've been vaping since 3/29, have quit analogs altogether, if that matters.

agga, that was always my biggest hurdle to overcome any time I've quit smoking. I always thought it was because of nicontine being a stimulant then cutting that off. It's happened regardless of what NRT I've used, including e-cigs. It does get better the longer you're off of them.

Some have said we only get a fraction of nicotine in e-cigs of what we were getting in analogs. I don't know, but now that I've been off of them for over 4 months, I tend to think it's also because of the other additives and not just nicotine.

Good luck and cangrats for quitting!

I just started vaping a few days ago but noticed that I sleep so much better now. I am not totally off analogs but I am sure I will be soon. I just ordered a 501 and feel that once I can get that throat hit I'll throw out my pack of cigs. I also wondered how we could be so tired due to all the sugar in the e juices, lol. Sometimes I feel like a kid who ate to much candy.

Thanks for your responses, everyone. Nitewriter, I think you're right about the other stuff that's in the analogs. I know nicotine is a stimulant, but I'm still getting that, so it has to be something else that is only in the analog. At any rate, it's nice to know that it passes and I guess I'll just enjoy it while it lasts. Thanks again!
