Day 2

Well this is day 2 for vaping and all is going very well...I noticed that the tight chest feeling with the analogs has gone away so I am very pleased for day 2..

Will be looking for other good changes in the way I feel..

Congratulations on being analog free, to alot of non smokers 2 days doesn't seem like much but it is and is a great step. Hope you stick with it.

good job! i hope you stick with it.....i've been vaping for 2 1/2 weeks after 16+ years of smoking over a pack a day since i was a young teen. i don't think i can ever go back to them, they stink horribly and so do the people who smoke them lol

Welcome to the forum. Good luck with vaping. You seem to be doing ok, but make sure you drink enough water when you're vaping.

I have smoked for over 50 years and it is time to get rid of that...

I am now starting day 3 now and things are good...vaping is the answer for me..

Keep it up!! I was finally able to get in a full breath after a week of vaping with no tightness or pain. 20 yrs of smoking analogs blessed us all with that lovely feeling. I'm interested to see what my lung function will be next year at my physical....last year I came in with the lungs of a 73 y.o.. Not good considering I'm 39.

Welcome. Me. 30 plus years 1-2 PAD. Tried everything. Patch, gum, lozenges, chantix, hypnosis. Nothing worked, except this. Call it the easy button. Now I can't stand the taste of analogs. April 1, 2011. April fools day. My last taste of an analog.

You are definately on the right track Wendall , it actually becomes a lot easier as time goes by. Sooo many new flavours , each one a new experience ! Beats the taste and smell of burning vegetable matter !!!
