Now I just need to fix the leak.
I really don't want to try a completely different system because I'm happy with how this works. If only I didn't get the leaks so often.
Got the silicone caps for the tank but it doesn't help at all.
So at the moment I pretty much have to clean my eGo-C after every time I use it.
Doesn't make the very happy and I can't find much about how to solve this problem.

What kind of tank/clearomizer do you have on your eGo-C? I had a stardust clearomizer start leaking on me today. I had the tip cross threaded and it wasn't seated properly. Very airy and gurgly when I vaped and left liquid on the battery contact. I wouldn't have thought this would make it leak out the bottom, though. I don't know. I put the tip back on properly, tightened it down and it's working fine again. :shrug:

Welcome to ECF, Snonster! Yeah, my Dad is the same way. After explaining that I had switched from smoking to vaping, I expected him to be 100% supportive, but all he had to say in the end was something negative about nicotine. *sigh* Sometimes I feel like I just can't win with him no matter what I do, haha.

Got the type A tank. I actually don't quite understand if there is anything else I could use instead of the tank. Can't make sense of what I find in the shops here
The tank basically starts leaking after I refill it the 1st or 2nd time, so pretty quickly. Makes no difference if I use a new atomizer or an old one either and happens with all of my tanks.
I know what it feels and sounds like now when the leak starts so I can usually clean it up before I get the juice on my fingers but this issue does make the eGo-C very high maintenance and that wasn't really what I was after

Exactly, haha, it's like he doesn't notice the good I'm doing for myself because I'm still using nicotine. It's silly but he's an ex-smoker, so I guess that may be why he reacts that way.
My parents come to visit next month. My mum wants to try it and hopefully my dad will get to see the positives then too
