First off my DBSB is my only mod now, as all the rest have lost their value to me. However, recently I noticed that sometimes I get the majority of the vapor from one atomizer, and then a little from the other. Which then leads to one getting flooded while the other is bone dry. How do you keep this from happening? It seems to me that if you could get them to both hit equally it would destroy you, and that sounds delightful. Do not get me wrong though it is already a monster of a hit, but if they are not both cranking out the same vapor then really I am not getting the FULL effect.

I have started buying atties in threes and doing side by side dry burns. Very quick, but with the point being to find the two that have the closest performance. I am looking for two that heat up at a similar rate. Even with my extra effort I still sometimes (3 months with DBSB now) get the mismatched performance you are speaking of. Usually at that point I will blow the atties out and start again.

I have a multi meter, I mean what PV user doesn't have one, although even with the same ohm rating occasionally they still have one hit harder than the other. It isn't that much of an issue really I was just curious. Honestly some of it can be from not sucking equally from both atomizers as well.

Need that "Y" mouth piece. That would equalize the suction.

I contacted the OP on the thread you gave me. He is not sellling it because he said that it is too fragile. He said he cant even put it in his pocket b/c it will break

Yes. The Y-Tip makes the unit very long, and it would not fit in a pocket very easily. You could very easily snap the tip or atty's off. While it works perfectly I would not feel comfortable making a buck on something that isn't bulletproof.

The Y-tip I made has ZERO leaks, so I am inhaling directly off both atomizers, but the draw is still too weak. I thought it would be the answer, but it wasn't. Even if a fancy Y-Tip is made, it still won't solve your issue. Your lips seal ALOT better then you think. It just feels like your getting air in from around your lips, but it's actually the air from the atomizers. I actually don't use the y-tip because it makes ZERO difference on the amount of air and vapor I get.

I recommend Covering half of the air holes on the atomizers. Just put some tape over half of the spot where the atty meets the DBSB top. You can try this by just putting a finger over half of the connector while you inhale.

You could also alternately use some restricting thread adapters.

**Be careful as less air flow through an atty will cause it to generate more heat by the reduction in "cooling" air flow through it.**

I personally use two of the longer 510/901 delrin drip tips on the DBSB. I place the tips on the side of my mouth, not on the middle of my lips. One tip almost touches where my upper lip meets the bottom, and the other is slightly off-center. Two flat 901 tips in this position work pretty good as well.

I have a couple more ideas, I'll see what I can come up with.

I was going to try one idea, but it's almost midnight and I have a LONG day tomorrow.

I'll share it with you guys instead!

When I drip a 901 or use a carto on my SB I "plug" the adapter with a buttplug from a carto. This prevents any liquid from leaking into the SB cap.

I believe most of the buttplugs are intergrated into the condom caps now. Just snip it out and insert it into your adapter and cut to fit. This isn't an exact science, as not all buttplugs and adapters will have the same diameters, tolerences, ect.

You actually don't need the center hole for use on the SB mod. If you use two cartos, or two 901's on the DBSB you can plug up your adapters. This will eliminate the air flow through the "notches" in the SB female thread adapter. Just make sure the plug is flush with the adapter and does not stick out on the top or bottom of the adapter.

**If the buttplug is too long it will penetrate and restrict air flow into your atty/carto.**

(buttplug and penetrate should not be used in the same sentence!)
