Every time I try to take a vape , it says : No atomizer find , Lo Atomizer on my evic and vamos.

Your carto isn't making a good connection to your evic for it to say "No Atomizer Find" (Find...ahahhahaaahhahaha). What ohm is the cartomizer?
If the carto works fine with other batteries, than its not dead, it's just a connection issue.
Fire your PV without a carto screwed on. It will say the same thing, no atty found. Now screw the troublesome carto in, says the same thing still right?
Obviously it's a connection issue. I'm guessing with either your PV or your carto's center pin.
To remedy this issue take some fine tweezers or something that you can grab a hold of the center pin with. Pull it out a bit, and it should make connection with your device.
