A couple of days ago I took advantage of Taras' "Deal of the Day" with the Joye 510 attys. Normally, when I purchase anything, it's a nebulous event. It goes something like this -- See item, click on item, read description, add to cart, plug in cc information, click confirm, wait for email to show up. Done. No interaction with humans. LOL
Not so with Electronic-Ash. See, I was anticipating that day's "deal of the day" and went to the Electronic-ash site as midnight struck. When I saw the $5.99 Joye 510 attys I struck quickly. In fact, I was so early that Taras wasn't finished with the "deal of the day" as the bulk pricing wasn't even listed yet. I was happy with the $5.99 per atty and made my purchase for 20 pcs. After filling my cart and checking out, the purchase was complete -- or so I thought.
Well, moments later I got an email from Taras. Although the purchase was already a done deal, and I was happy with it, Taras informed me of a FURTHER discount! He told me that the charge to my CC would be lessened due to the bulk rate. Now, what vendor does this? I already confirmed my order. I didn't contact HIM about the bulk rate discount, he contacted ME!
AND, he
threw in another discount for me that I won't even go into here. Let's just say that it was something he absolutely did NOT have to do and something that I told him was completely unnecessary. But, he did it anyway, saving me another $12 or so!
Then, yet another email from Taras! As the snow storm hit in WNY the USPS system went awry. (big surprise, eh? LOL) Instead of dropping off my order locally at his PO, Taras drives my damn package (this is just a $100 order folks, I didn't
buy a new car <g>) to the airport to catch the later USPS dropoff and keep my order on time!
How can anyone not love this guy? I only wish I was closer to his brick and mortar stores so that I could do more impulse buying. LOL
Tell ya this much -- I'll be handing out Electronic-ash business cards as quickly as my hands will allow. And, scribbling down the web site url on scraps of paper when I'm out of cards. I have no trepidation about recommending Taras to anyone. The guy is a gem.
